Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Wellness account and associated data.

Option 1 — Delete In-App

The fastest way to delete your account:

1. Open the Wellness app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Settings, then Privacy & Security → Privacy.
3. Under the Legal section, tap Data Deletion Request.
4. Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted.

Option 2 — Request by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at arif@methuselahventures.ai from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

Deleting Individual Data Without Closing Your Account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove information. From inside the app you can delete the following at any time, and deletion is immediate:

• Food and workout logs — delete any individual entry from the tracking screens.
• Workout routines — delete a routine you created.
• Menstrual cycle entries — delete a logged period.
• Family member profiles — remove a dependant you added, along with their profile.
• Diabetes records — delete readings you have logged.
• Profile details and saved addresses — edit or clear them from your profile.
• Signed-in devices — sign a device out from Settings.

Medical records created by a clinician — consultation notes, prescriptions and test results — cannot be deleted individually, because healthcare record-keeping rules require them to be retained. To ask about removing those, email arif@methuselahventures.ai and we will explain what can be erased and what we are required to keep.

What Gets Deleted

• Your login credentials and ability to sign in — deleted immediately and permanently.
• Your account is marked as deleted and is no longer accessible to you or visible to doctors/clinics through the app.

What Is Retained, and Why

Some information is retained after account deletion rather than immediately and permanently erased, specifically:

• Your profile and health records are retained in our systems, marked as deleted, for a limited period — this supports continuity of care if you re-register, and compliance with medical record-keeping and financial/tax record obligations that apply to healthcare and payment data.
• Records required for legal, regulatory, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes are retained for as long as applicable law requires.
